WP5 Capacity Building
The first objective of the WP5 is to initiate the comprehensive system of continuous capacity building measures for the academic/research staff involved at the design and the master curricula and delivering of lectures for students of the new specialty as well as professional training of the coachers engaged at functioning of 6 CIDECS centers in UA and BY. The proposed measures include the short-term intensive English language courses (3-6 month), guest lectures and workshops to be provided by visiting EU professors, short internships of the involved managers and lecturers in assigned EU institutions. Capacity building measures for master modules developers include:
- Providing access to repositories of information and resources required for development and delivery of master modules;
- Identification and dissemination of case-studies and best practices;
- Peer learning activities.
The second objective of WP5 is to provide capacity building measures for the CIDECS centers staff involved at the activities in administrative, financial and technical support of eco-innovative projects as well as CIDECS web platform development and technical support in UA and BY. It provides development of single comprehensive sustainable system “University - Center - Virtual Platform - Customer” for development/implementation of innovative projects in different technosphere segments and technology/knowledge transfer in eco-engineering.
The maximum synergetic effect will be achieved with the integrated capacity building measures using results of Tempus projects IITN (International Innovations Transfer Network) and IPMaster (Intellectual Properties Protection) implemented in partner universities.
Capacity building measures CIDECS `center’s staff include:
- Team building and group working;
- Providing access to repositories of information and resources required providing centers services;
- Investigating of networking opportunities.
- Project management;
