Centers of Innovations in ecosystems technosphere (CIDECS)
Support from central administration of home PC universities to provide necessary premises and related infrastructure. Commitment from vice-rector on Science to integrate the established CIDECS centers into research activities of the respective department;
* Strengthened cooperation among all members results in effective piloting of CIDECS centers.
The objective of the WP1 is to establish the international network Centers of Innovations in ecosystems technosphere (CIDECS) in UA and BY (3 UA / 3 BY). The functions of each center include administrative, financial and technical supporting of eco-innovative projects, e-commerce, training activities for wide target groups (research, education, production, trade companies).
WP1 provides establishment of CIDECS centers developers’ teams on the 1-st stage for the activities in tuning the objectives and definition of the requirements for the CIDECS network and analysis of accessible e-materials for analogous units of EU partners, studying experience of EU partners, specifying the regulations, staff structure, software and hardware resources. It provides pilot establishment of the centers in 6 partner universities and equipping with the specified set and special equipment.
The WP1 plan includes revision and verification (Internal verification and preparing the regulations for approval by responsible partner (DTI) and administration of 6 partner universities. It allows to start consulting activities for the companies and individual customers (target group TA1):
a) evaluation of the market potential;
b) exploring the potential commercial contracts, venture capitals etc.;
c) providing technical support of eco-innovations for different market segments;
d) providing the e-commerce
service (connected with WP2);
e) supporting the universities training courses update (connected with WP3);
f) providing the training system in the area of innovative micro/nanotech eco-engineering (connected with WP4.)
Integration of the CIDECS centers with the Centers established on the results of Tempus projects in the field of green technologies and innovation support (IITN – International Innovations Transfer Network and IP-Master) allows to achieve synergetic effect on the establishing of a comprehensive system for inter-regional development of eco-innovations.
